RouboSemid provides coworking spaces, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and related business services across the United Kingdom.

3. Membership and Access

3.1 Membership Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

3.2 Access Rights

• Access to facilities is subject to membership terms and payment of fees
• We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate membership
• Access hours may vary by location and membership type

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Billing

• All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Late payment may result in suspension of services

4.2 Refunds

• Monthly memberships are non-refundable
• Day passes and meeting room bookings may be refunded with 24 hours' notice
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

5. Facility Rules

5.1 General Conduct

• Maintain a professional and respectful environment
• Keep noise levels appropriate for a shared workspace
• Clean up after yourself and respect shared spaces
• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

5.2 Security

• Do not prop open doors or allow unauthorized access
• Report any security concerns to management immediately
• You are responsible for your personal belongings

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities of any kind
• Harassment or discrimination
• Smoking or vaping on premises
• Bringing pets (except service animals)
• Loud phone calls or disruptive behavior
• Solicitation or unauthorized sales activities

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

RouboSemid shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RouboSemid from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our premises and website remain the property of RouboSemid or their respective owners.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Member

You may terminate your membership with 30 days' written notice.

10.2 Termination by RouboSemid

We may terminate your membership immediately for violation of these terms or with 30 days' notice for any other reason.

11. Force Majeure

RouboSemid shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect 30 days after posting.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
